摘要
本文将废旧铁板引入Fenton氧化体系,溶出Fe2+以催化氧化工业废水中的硝基苯。实验证实:在pH=3的条件下,铁板溶出Fe2+性能良好,可以高效催化氧化反应的进行;后絮凝工艺解决了出水中铁含量过高的问题,并进一步降低了中有机物的含量。在最佳反应调价下,经Fenton氧化—絮凝处理的硝基苯废水出水达国家二级排放标准。
Waste iron sheet is introduced into Fenton system to release Fe^2 + that can provide a catalytic oxidation of nitrobenzene in industrial wastewater.Experiments confirm:the mass of Fe^2 + which released by solid phase at pH value of 3 is enough for catalytic oxidation and its high concentration in output is solved by flocculation which can also further reduce the content of organic mater. Wastewater treated by Fentou oxidation - flocculation at optimality conditions can attain national Grade II standards.
