摘要
建立了计算激光诱导下间隙放电电压的计算公式,导出了激光等离子体电阻解析式与激光能量在传输中的衰减规律,由此可以求出激光诱导下间隙自持放电的条件。并根据激光参数求出间隙最小放电电压。理论计算结果和实验结果的规律性是相符的,其误差不超过20%。
The formulae expressing the flashover voltage triggered by laser produced plasma,resistance of laser produced plasma and laser energy loss rate in the ionization of air have been calculated in this paper. Therefore,the flashover criteria of triggered by Laser produced plasma can be proposed.According to the parameter of the laser,the self perpetating flashover voltage can be calculated.the calculated results are in agreement with experimental data.
