档案工作就是通过管理、提供档案,直接为社会的各项活动服务的工作,是一项十分重要的工作,因而稳定档案干部队伍尤为重要。分析了目前档案干部队伍不稳定的原因并提出了相应的对策。

The archive work is a very important work which directly serves for different activities in society through administration and providing archives. Therefore, to stabilize the cadre troops is an utmost important thing. This article analyzes reasons of the instability of cadre troops at present, and puts forward relevant strategies.
