论翻译中文本阐释的理性和尺度

Logos and Scale of Interpreting the Original Text in Translation

从语言文字的角度来说,翻译就是译者首先作为读者对文本进行理解、阐释,再将其以目的语文字形式传介给其他目的语读者的过程。现代阐释学中,"理解"是与原作品对等的、积极发问和主动探索的过程,因而文本理解,即文本阐释在翻译中就显得尤为关键。现代阐释学没有给"理解"活动作出界定并不意味着文本阐释的空间是无限开放的,它也具有一定的理性和尺度,超越了这个界限,翻译就会泛滥甚至失去意义。

From the perspective of language, translation is the process in which translators transmit the original text to the target lan- guage readers after they firstly as readers interpret the text. In modem Hermeneutics, the action of ＂interpretation＂ is defined as equiva- lent part as the original text and it is a process of active exploration, which makes the interpretation of text become a very important step in translation. Offering no limits on interpretation in modern Hcrmeneutics doesn＇t mean there is no logos and scale without which translation will risk making no sense.
