This paper begins with nowaday's condition,previews the developing trend of international teleconmmunication network management.Then the applications of communication collective supervision system of Manwan hydropower plant in YunNan are introduced.And the idea that should be considered how to transmit the electric power conmmunication net management to TMN in the future is approved as well.
