摘要
结合广东电网的现状和发展规划，阐述了开发电网规划辅助决策信息系统及其基础数据库的必要性。利用混合原形法、面向对象法等基本方法建立了广东电网数据库。对数据库的设计原则、数据分析与描述及开发工具作了介绍。对引入的数据挖掘技术进行了说明，该技术对数据库及其上层规划辅助决策系统起到关键的支持作用。
Based on the status quo and development of Guangdong Power Network,the importance of developing power network planning decision support system and its basic database is introduced.By means of mix prototype method and object-oriented programming method,Guangdong Power Network database is designed.Its design principle,data analysis and description and tools for development are respectively introduced.The data mining technique is applied into the database for its crucial support function to database and decision support system.
