基于半导体制冷器的激光器温度控制系统 被引量:3

Laser temperature control system based on semiconductor cooler

摘要 采用NTC作为温度传感器进行温度采集,利用PWM脉宽调制技术及PID补偿算法实现温度调节,半导体制冷器作为控制终端控制激光器温度。经过实验测试,使激光器温度保持在19~21℃范围内。 As the temperature sensor,NTC is used to sample the temperature.The temperature is adjusted with PWM technique and PID controller.The semiconductor cooler is in the terminal to control the temperature of laser.The experimental tests show that the temperature can be kept between 19~21 ℃
