摘要
结合锅炉运行理论与经验、应用模糊数学的方法,为燃煤供应状况复杂的某2×600 MW机组提出了一整套燃煤混配方案。利用相似程度的模糊识别从电站主量煤中挑选出有限几个与设计煤种相似的单煤作为主配煤,依据锅炉运行限制条件求取各主配煤匹配域,将匹配域中各单种分别与主配煤匹配时限制小比例配比。如此减少匹配次数,控制混煤与设计煤种之间、相互混配两单煤之间的煤质偏差,保证燃烧效果。一年的现场实践过程中,锅炉运行稳定,飞灰含碳量低,效果良好。
Based on principles and experience of boiler operation,employing method of fuzzy mathematics,a complete solution to coal blending for the 2×600 MW power generating units which was facing with complicated coal supplying situation was proposed.Applying fuzzy recognizing method on similarity identification,primary coals for blending were chosen from these ones that the supplies of which were relatively sufficient for the plant.Then Coals which were suitable to be matched with the primary were selected according to limitations on the operation of boiler.Coals were blended while very low ratio blending was avoided.So the total number of the act of blending were reduced,differences between the blended coal and designed coal were limited as while as the differences between these two coals which were blended.And efficient combustion was guaranteed.During one year of practical operation,the boilers functioned well;proportion of residual carbon in fly ash was low and the effect was satisfactory.
