摘要
分析了江苏利港电厂3号GGH一次严重积灰结垢的案例,阐述了导致GGH积灰结垢的主要原因在于相关运行工况的变化;从电除尘、除雾器及GGH吹扫装置运行情况入手,提出了具体的预防措施,很好地解决了GGH运行中发生积灰结垢的问题。
This paper Analyzes a serious fouling and scaling case happened in #3GGH in Ligang Power Plant,and expounds the main reason resulting in the GGH fouling and scaling is the changing of operating conditions.To provide preventing measures,from the operating conditions of electrostalic preciptator Mist Eliminator and GGH blow device.Well solved the problems of fouling and scaling during GGH operating.
