渭河流域甘肃区水资源供需分析 被引量:3

摘要 区域水资源的供需平衡分析旨在为流域水资源持续开发利用、经济社会可持续发展提供技术和科学的理论支持。本文以2005年为基准年,根据流域在甘肃境内的水系的分布特点,将流域划分为北洛河流域,马莲河、洪河和蒲河流域,黑河、达溪河和泾河流域,渭河宝鸡峡以上南岸流域,渭河宝鸡峡以上北岸流域五个计算单元。对2020年的水资源供需平衡进行了分析。分析计算结果表明:2020年全流域需水量20.628×108m3,供水量19.928×108m3,缺水量0.70×108m3,缺水程度3.39%;流域内缺水程度最大的为北洛河庆阳区,缺水程度高达88.60%;缺水量最大的为渭河宝鸡峡北岸流域定西、天水区,缺水量高达1.20×108m3,缺水程度为27.35%,严重影响了区域内经济的发展。 The aim of water balance analysis is to supply technical and scientific theoretical support for the regional development and utilization of water resources to sustainable economic and social development.Taking 2005 as the base year,this paper,according to the water distribution characteristics of rivers in Gansu Province,divides the Wei River Basin into five calculation units such as northern Beiluo River basin,Malian River,Hong River and Pu River basin; Hei River,Daxi River and Jing River basin; the southern side watershed above Baoji Gorge of Wei River,the northern side watershed above Baoji Gorge of Wei River.An analysis of water supply and demand balance in 2020 was carried out.the results showed that the demand of water is 2.0628 billion m3 in 2020 but with only 1.928 billion m3 in supply, and the shortage degree of water is 3.39% ; the largest shortage degree is up to 88.60% in Qingyang district of Beiluo River,the largest shortage of water is 120 million m3 in Dingxi and Tianshui area in northern side watershed of Baoji Gorge,Wei River,the shortage degree of water is 27.35% ,seriously affecting the region's economic development.
