Research on Bone Peptide Compound for Injection of bacterial endotoxin test

目的:建立注射用复方骨肽细菌内毒素检查法。方法:按2005年版《中国药典》二部中细菌内毒素的相关规定进行实验。结果:样品在给定条件下对细菌内毒素检查无干扰作用。结论:建立注射用复方骨肽细菌内毒素检查法具有可行性。

Objective：To establish a method to determiter Compound Ossotide Injection bacterial endotoxins.Methods：The test was done according to the 2005 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（2） the relevant provisions of bacterial endotoxin experiments.Results：The sample under the given conditions bacterial endotoxin was no interference.Conclusion：Compound Ossotide Injection of bacterial endotoxin test was feasibility.
