卤米松乳膏联合丹皮酚软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Halometasone Cream combined with Paeonol Ointment in the treatment of infant eczema

目的:观察卤米松乳膏联合丹皮酚软膏与单独使用卤米松乳膏或丹皮酚软膏治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。方法:联合治疗组,交替使用0.05%卤米松乳膏和丹皮酚软膏,每天各2次,每次用药间隔时间2h以上;单独治疗组单独使用0.05%卤米松乳膏或丹皮酚软膏,每天2次,早晚各1次。用药7d观察疗效。结果:联合治疗组、丹皮酚组、卤米松组各观察33例,治愈率分别为87.9%、66.7%、37.1%;总有效率分别为93.9%、75.8%、51.5%。联合治疗组总有效率及治愈率均优于单独治疗组,卤米松组优于丹皮酚组,且联合用药起效时间较单独用药组短。结论:联合用药有效率优于单独用药,且起效时间短,安全性高,耐受性好。

Objective：To compare the efficacy of Halometasone Cream and Paeonol Ointment with Halometasone Cream or Paeonol Ointment alone in the treatment of infant eczema.Methods：Combined treatment group alternatively used 0.05% Halometasone Cream and Paeonol Ointment,2 times each day,each time interval for more than 2 h; in the single drug group,0.05% Halometasone Cream or Paeonol Ointment alone 2 times a day,morning and evening.Drug effects were observed after 7 days.Results：99 patients were equal into the combined treatment group,Paeonol Ointement Group,Halometasone Cream Group,the cure rates were 87.9%,66.7%,37.1%;the total effective rate were 93.9%,75.8%,51.5%.The cure rate and the total effective rate in the combined treatment group were better than single drug group.Halometasone Cream group was better than Paeonol Ointment.The combination therapy onset time of the combined treatment group was shorter than the single drug group.Conclusion：The combined treatment is superior to single drug,and the onset time is shorter,safer and well tolerated.
