中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期呼吸衰竭120例临床观察

Treatment of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作期呼吸衰竭的效果,从而为制订中西医结合治疗COPD奠定基础。方法:对照组(63例)给予无创正压通气与西医常规治疗,治疗组(57例)在对照组的基础上加中药治疗。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组在症状、体征及血气分析改善方面均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗法能明显改善COPD急性发作期呼吸衰竭患者的症状、体征、血气分析,提高了临床综合疗效。

Objective：To observe the integrative treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） with acute exacerbation of respiratory failure,so as to develop in Integrative Medicine COPD basis.Methods：In the control group（63 cases） for non-invasive positive pressure ventilation and conventional western medicine treatment group（57 cases） in the control group on the basis of plus Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results：After 3 months,treatment group,symptoms,signs and blood gas analysis was better than of the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion：Combination therapy can improve respiratory failure in COPD patients with acute exacerbation of symptoms,signs,blood gas analysis,improve the comprehensive therapeutic.
