Perioperative nursing for the loop electrosurgical excision procedure with high frequency electric wave

目的：探讨围术期强化心理护理对减少宫颈环形电切术（LEEP）的并发症,加速创面愈合的影响。方法：选择年龄23-45岁在门诊行LEEP手术患者200例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各100例,手术时间在月经干净后3-7d,术前3d无性生活史,排除生殖道急性炎症患者。对照组仅交待术中及术后的注意事项,对研究组在此基础上实施强化围术期护理。结果：研究组患者术中阴道流血,合并宫颈局部感染的发生率明显减少,宫颈愈合时间明显缩短。结论：强化围术期护理对LEEP手术愈后影响明显,应受到重视。

Objective：To explore the effects of perioperative strengthening psychological nursing to reduce the complications of cervical ring and to accelerate wound healing.Methods：200 outpatient surgery patients whose age were 23-45 years old and with LEEP,were randomly divided into study group and control group,each of 100 cases.All cases surgical time were in menstrual clean 3~7 d,preoperative 3 d asexual reproductive life cycle,without eliminate acute inflammation.Control group was explained the preoperative and postoperative attention.Study group was explained the preoperative and postoperative attention and perioperative strengthening psychological nursing.Results：In study group the incidence of vaginal bleeding and cervical local infection significantly reduced,the cervical healing time obviously reduced.Conclusion：Strengthening perioperative nursing significantly affects the surgery prognosis of LEEP,and should be valued.
