舒适护理在180例胃肠肿瘤患者术后化学治疗中的效果研究

Study on the effect of comfort care in 180 patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients and effect of postoperative chemotherapy

目的:探讨舒适护理在胃肠肿瘤患者术后化疗中的作用。方法:收集广州市某三甲医院2年间收治的胃肠肿瘤术后采用化学治疗的住院患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,进行舒适度方面的对比。结果:观察组患者从生理舒适、心理舒适、社会舒适度上高于对照组患者,两组存在显著性差异。结论:舒适护理应用于胃肠肿瘤患者术后化疗值得推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of comfort care in gastrointestinal cancer patients of postoperative chemotherapy.Methods：In recent two years,180 patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients of postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were collected,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,they were compared.Results：The hysical comfort and psychological comfort,social comfort of the observation group were higher than the control group,there were significant differences between two groups.Conclusion：The application of comfort care in gastrointestinal cancer patients of postoperative chemotherapy should be promoted.
