摘要
目的:通过问题管理路径优化护理质量。方法:依据护理安全与护理缺陷分类标准,建立护理缺陷分类定性机制,应用问题管理方法进行动态管理与改进。结果:问题管理方法对护理缺陷预防与纠正的前瞻性和时效性明显优于传统的护理管理方法。结论:建立系统而科学的问题管理机制能够提升护理质量。
Objective：To optimize the nursing quality by problem management pathway.Methods：According to the classification standard of the nursing defects,the qualitative mechanism of the nursing defects classifiation was established,and the method for the problem management was employed and improved.Results：The problem management was superior to the traditional method in terms of prospective and timely prevention and correction of the nursing defects.Conclusion：Establishment of the systematic and scienctific problem mangement mechanism can enhance the quality of nursing.
