社区护理干预对肺结核病人的疗效观察

The effect of community nursing intervention on pulmonary tuberculosis patients

目的:探讨社区护理干预对提高肺结核病人疗效的影响。方法:将本社区80例肺结核病人进行多方面的社区护理干预,并对干预前后效果进行对比研究。结果:干预后肺结核患者在规律用药、全程用药、定期复查、规律生活几个方面的遵医率均高于干预前(P<0.05);干预后肺结核病人胸片有显著好转(P<0.01)。结论:社区护理干预能有效地提高肺结核病人的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on tuberculosis patient. Methods：80 tuberculosis patients were selected and gave them community nursing intervention. The comparative studies have been done before and after intervention. Results： Interventions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis on drug laws,the whole administration,regular review,several aspects of the law of life were much better than before （P〈0.05）; the condition of chest radiograph after intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis have got a significant improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Community nursing intervention can improve the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
