摘要
当前,高等教育改革越来越多地触及高校内部管理的深层次体制机制问题,其中校院二级管理作为高校内部管理体制改革的重要内容,日益受到各高校的重视。对"争夺的区域"内权力和资源的划分是校院二级管理的本质内容,校院二级管理的研究方向应为进一步明确二级管理的运行机制和行为主体的责权利关系。
Education reforms begin to touch the deep - rooted system and organization of internal manage- ment in colleges. Whereas the secondary management draws attention, this paper focuses on the division of power and resources in contested area as the essential part. Moreover, the operating mechanism and responsibility should be clarified.
