高职教育师资队伍建设若干问题的思考

The Construction of Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Education

"建设一支什么样的师资队伍"、"如何建设高水平的师资队伍"既是需要研究的理论问题,更是需要解决的实践课题。本文从高职教育发展方式的视角,提出高职教育师资队伍建设的理念,分析了师资队伍建设的总体目标,提出高职教育师资队伍建设的制度框架、政策建议、专业化发展路径设计。

In higher vocational education,it ’s both a theoretical problem to be studied and a practical problem to be settled what teaching staff should be constructed and how quality teaching staff should be built.This paper,from the perspective of the mode of higher vocational education development,brings forward the concept of constructing the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the overall objective of constructing teaching staff,then offers some suggestions of related system framework,policy and the channel design of specialized development for the construction.
