摘要
利用停留快速反应动力学方法,研究了氯化-四(对羧基苯基)锰卟啉在生理条件下催化过亚硝酸根分解和硝化酪氨酸的催化反应速率常数、活化能等反应动力学及热力学参数。结果表明,氯化-四(对羧基苯基)锰卟啉能有效地催化过亚硝酸根分解和硝化酪氨酸,且催化活性较高。
The kinetics of peroxynitrite decomposition and 3-NT produced by peroxynitrite-induced tyrosine nitration catalyzed by tetra-(p-carboxyphenyl) manganese porphyrin chloride at physiological conditions were investigated through stopped-flow spectrophotometry.Herein,the catalytic rate constants and activity energies were determined,and it was found that tetra-(p-carboxyphenyl) manganese porphyrin chloride could efficiently catalyze the reaction of peroxynitrite decomposition and tyrosine nitration induced by peroxyntrite,and the catalytic activity was high.
