摘要
采用吡啶筛选法得到微生物絮凝剂产生菌株B-6-1,其絮凝率达到92.5%;将其用于含油废水的处理,对微生物絮凝剂投加量、废水pH值、废水温度及辅助金属离子的类型等影响因素进行了研究。确定微生物絮凝剂的最佳絮凝条件为:微生物絮凝剂投加量0.33 mL.L-1,废水pH值9.0、废水温度35℃、添加辅助金属离子Ca2+。
In this study,we focused mainly on the screening of a flocculant-producing strain and its application in oily wastewater treatment.The flocculant-producing strain of B-6-1 was obtained by the pyridine screening method,and the flocculating rate of fermentation liquid was 92.5%.The influence of factors such as bioflocculant dosage,pH value of wastewater,temperature of wastewater,and the type of metallic ions on the flocculation were studied.The optimal conditions were as follows:bioflocculant dosage 0.33 mL·L-1,pH value of wastewater 9.0,temperature of wastewater 35℃,addition of auxiliary metallic ion Ca2+.
