摘要
模拟油藏条件,设计了一套简单实用的室内沙土管模型,以验证兽疫链球菌应用于微生物驱提高石油采收率效果,系统探讨了温度、含油量、注入菌液浓度、闭井时间对微生物驱提高石油采收率的影响。该模型制作简单、成本低廉,达到了预期模拟效果;同时验证了兽疫链球菌具有良好的提高石油采收率效果,在温度为40℃、含油量为30%、菌液浓度为5.5×105个.mL-1、闭井时间为7 d的最优条件下,微生物驱提高石油采收率达22.14%。
In order to further verify the effects of Streptococcus zooepidemicus enhanced oil recovery(EOR),a simple and practical model of sand pack column was devised in this experiment.The factors affecting microbial enhanced oil recovery(MEOR) were studied.The results showed that the experiment achieved the desired results and Streptococcus zooepidemicus had high performance in enhancing oil recovery.Under the optimal conditions as follows: temperature 40℃,oil content 30%,concentration of Streptococcus zooepidemicus 5.5×10^5 cell·mL^-1,reaction time 7 d,the EOR reached 22.14%.
