摘要
研究了在静高压条件下Ti_3AlC_2的热稳定性,结果表明:在不同压力(2、3、4和5 GPa)下,Ti_3AlC_2直接分解的最低温度在700-800℃,反应的最终产物主要为Al_3Ti和TiC。具体的分解反应过程取决于压力的大小。
Thermal stability of Ti_3AIC_2 at static high pressure was dealt with in this paper.It was found that the lowest reaction temperatures of Ti_3AIC_2 were all between 700 and 800℃at pressures of 2,3,4 and 5 GPa,respectively,and the final products mostly were Al_3Ti and TiC.The decomposition reaction processes depended on the pressure.
