活性炭初步纯化玉米肽应用研究

Study on active carbon purfucation of corn peptides

通过活性炭初步纯化玉米肽工艺条件进行研究,结果表明,在pH为3,吸附温度为30℃,吸附剂用量为1∶10,吸附时间为2 h最佳工艺条件下,能对酶解所得玉米肽进行初步分离纯化,可为选择较好脱苦、脱色吸附剂提供理论参考。

Corn peptides was purfucation by active carbon absorption method.The experiment results indicated that active carbon absorption could get a good purfucation.The optimal purfucation condition was as follows：pH value was about 3,the absorption temperature was about 30℃t,he active carbon content was 1∶10 and the absorption time was about 2h.From the study of the Corn Peptides purfucation,the better clearing bitterness and color sorbent could be gotten.
