腹膜透析液添加丹参酮对大鼠氧化应激状态的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的近期研究发现,晚期糖基化终产物(advanced glycation end products,AGE)参与了腹膜透析(peritoneal di-alysis,PD)相关性腹膜损伤的过程。文中探讨在PD液中添加丹参酮注射液对PD大鼠腹膜局部保护作用及全身氧化应激状态的影响。方法30只SD雄性大鼠(180-2008)随机分为对照组、PD组、丹参酮组。于实验第30天测定3组大鼠其透出液及血清中的AGE水平,同时测定并比较氧化应激指标谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH),丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA),总超氧化物歧化酶(total superoxide dismutas,T-SOD)。结果PD液中添加丹参酮注射液可减缓单纯PD导致的透析液及血清中AGE、MDA水平的升高及GSH、T-SOD水平的降低(P<0.05)。结论通过在PD液中添加丹参酮可以改善大鼠PD腹腔局部及全身的氧化应激状态。 Objective Current studies show that advanced glycation end products(AGEs) are involved in injuries induced by peritoneal dialysis(PD).The aim of this study is to investigate local protective effect of tanshinone in PD solution on the peritoneum and its influence on general oxidative stress in rat PD models.Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were equally randomized to a control,a PD and a tanshinone group,and injected peritoneally with isotonic saline solution,PD solution and tanshinone,respectively.At 30 days,all the rats were sacrificed for the detection of AGE levels and the concentrations of the oxidative stress markers glutathione(GSH),malondialdehyde(MDA) and total-superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) in the serum and effluent.Results Adding tanshinone to PD solution significantly lessened the mere PD fluid-induced increase of AGE and MDA and decrease of GSH and T-SOD in the rat models(P〈0.05).Conclusion Adding tanshinone to PD solution can ameliorated oxidative stress in PD rats without apparent adverse effects.
