摘要
住院医师规范化培训是培养临床医学人才的重要途径。在其实施过程中,存在部门领导权责不明确、科室考核不严格、带教工作不规范、轮转工作不及时等问题。针对此类问题提出了如下对策:建立科学化的管理层级、制订个性化的培训方案、确立严格的导师带教制度、确立公平的考核审查体制,建立符合中国国情的住院医师规范化培训模式。
Standardization of clinical resident training is an important way for educating clinical professionals.In the course of its implementation,it appears that the division of leadership is unclear,departmental examination is not strict,the supervision is not standardized,rotary work is not timely.In response to these issues the following measures are proposed: to establish reasonable management levels,to develop personalized training programs,to establish a strict teaching system and to establish a fair appraisal system,which will help establishing a standardized training model for the Chinese medical circumstances.
