知识管理在医院科研项目管理中的应用

Application of knowledge management in hospital management of scientific research project

文中阐述了知识管理中的知识分类和当前医院科研项目管理的现状,指出科研项目管理中存在的主要问题是重立项管理,项目中后期管理薄弱。创建具有知识管理特点的个性化医院科研项目管理体系,利用现代化管理手段构建的知识共享平台,有利于科研人员之间的知识交流和知识共享,可大大提高科研项目的完成质量,更充分地发挥科研创新效应,促进知识创新,提高医院及其工作人员解决问题的能力,并提出创建医院科研管理创新的基本思路及实施的保障措施。

In this article,the authors describe the classification of knowledge management and the overview of current status of research management in modern hospitals and point out that the main problem of research project management is paying more attention on the management of project establishment,but neglecting the management of project in mid and late phases.We want to create a characterized research project management system,use modern management tools to build a knowledge-sharing platform that can make the knowledge exchange among researchers more convenient and improve the executing quality of research projects.It will promote the innovation of knowledge and improve the hospital and staff in problem-solving abilities to make the hospital research and management innovation more effective and convenient.
