摘要
隐性知识显性化是知识管理研究中的一个重要主题,现结合实践将员工个体隐性知识显性化的过程分成四个环节进行探讨,根据不同环节的特点提出相应的改善实务建议,从而提高知识管理的有效性。
The explicating of tacit knowledge is an important topic in the study of knowledge management.Combined with practice, this paper analyzes the process of explicating the employees tacit knowledge, and dirides the process into four links. According to the characteristics of different links, some practical recommendations are given in order to improve the effectiveness of knowledge management.
