一次封排工艺是生产真空灭弧室的先进工艺，排气、封口同时进行一次完成。本文介绍了一次封排工艺的特点，及一次封排工艺的几点关键问题。
One time tube sealing and exhausting technique is an advanced technique in which vacuum arc chute are processed. The two processes of exhausting and sealing are conducted at the same time. This paper introduced the features and several key problems of one time sealing and exhausting technique.
