由于经济利益驱使等原因,当前国际社会上经济间谍活动日益频繁。经济间谍非法获取他国的经济秘密,带来巨额经济损失、影响国家经济安全等诸多危害。目前我国尚无专门规制条文,经济间谍犯罪的刑事立法势在必行。

Because of the incentive of economic benefits and other reasons,economic espionages behave more and more frequently in the world.Economic espionages get economic secrets of other countries illegally,result in social damages as huge economic losses,threaten to the security of national economy,and so on.The legislation of economic espionage crime does not permit any delay,as there is no matching legal provisions in our law.
