摘要
文章以查办职务犯罪案件为研究视角,从工作模式转变、侦查权优化配置以及职务犯罪侦防工作三个方面加以论证,以期对我国构建权威、高效、公正、有效的职务犯罪侦查机制有所裨益。
The article discusses the problems in investigating and dealing with the duty crime form three aspects which are work model transformation,optimizes allocation of investigation right and duty crime investigation and prevention to good for establishing the efficient,fair and effective duty crime investigation mechanism.
