无权处分行为在我国《合同法》中有明确的内涵界定,其效力问题学界存在几种不同的观点。分析这些观点得出,无权处分行为的效力构建应以有效说为原则,效力待定说为例外。

The connotation of unauthorized disposition had been defined in Contract Law,and there are some different views on its efficiency in educational field.To analyze these views and reach a decision that efficiency establishment of unauthorized disposition should follow the efficient view,and the uncertain efficient view is exception.
