社区矫正在我国已试行近七年,在一些基本问题的认识上还有许多分歧。文章作者在社区矫正实践中,分析总结了自己对这些问题的看法和认识,在我国全面试行社区矫正的的大背景下,统一这些基本认识问题有着极其重要的作用。

Community Correction has been in trial operation in China for seven years.But there are many different opinions about some basic problems.The author is engaged in community correction work in practices.Standing in his own position,he analyzed and summarized his own view on these problems to expect to attract everyone＇s attention and discussion.After all,it is important for us to unify these fundamental reorganizations on the background of the spread of Community Correction.
