关于交通运输业向现代物流业转型问题,不但国内已有许多理论研究,国家也出台了一系列政策对其进行引导,国内一些交通运输企业更是早已边摸索边实践,走在了理论研究的前面,这无疑对理论研究提供了更多依据。但对于如何转型以及如何符合中国特色企业转型等方面的研究依然有所欠缺。文中试图从交通运输业与物流业二者的关联性、转型的必然性以及产业转型优劣势三方面进行分析,目的是更为全面补充前人研究的不足,为我国接通运输业转型物流业提供一些积极探讨。

The problem about the transformation of transportation industry to modern logistics,has been researched a lot in China,and the government also issued a series of policies for its guidance,some domestic transport enterprise is already on the way of practice,On the doctrine of the theoretical investigation,The study of theories provide more basis for the research..But there＇re still some defects on the transformation and how to comply with the transformation of Chinese enterprises.This paper tries to research the transportation and logistics industry from the three respects of the associability,the necessity of the transformation,and the advantage or disadvantage of industrial transformation.The aim is to add something more comprehensive study to the study of forefather.To provide some positive approach for our country transformation of the transportation industry to modern logistics.
