摘要 文中对自动化立体仓库的出入库时间效率问题进行讨论。在分析巷道堆垛机运行时间时,为了克服堆垛机加速和减速对计算精度的影响,文中利用数据库记录的巷道堆垛机行走的时间作为优化计算的依据,再利用坐标平移法减少数据库数据的存储量,然后在此基础上设计了效率优化算法,从而使问题变得简单化。 This paper discuss about how to improve the imput-output efficiency of the AS/RS.In order to reduce the influence of the stacking machine's acceleration and deceleration on the calculation accuracy,this paper uses the stacking machine's running time's database records as the basis for optimization calculation and the Coordinate Translation Method to reduce the volume of database data,then propose the efficiency optimization algorithm based on it to make the problem simple.
