基于AHP-GRAP的JIT模式下物流供应商的选择

Logistics Vendor Selection in JIT Mode Based on AHP-GRAP

精益生产方式(JIT)鼓励受货方维持少量的供应商,理想的情况是一种或一类原材料仅由一家供应商提供,这使得供应商的选择尤为重要。文中采用层次分析法与灰色关联分析法组合的方法(简称AHP-GRAP)进行供应商的选择研究。最后还引入实证分析,通过算例的结果表明,该方法具有思路清晰、方法简便、适用面广、系统性强等特点,便于普及和推广,可为供应商选择问题提供有益的参考。

In JIT production methods,we encourage the maintenance of cargo keep the small number of suppliers.The ideal situation is one or a class of materials supplied by only one supplier.That makes the choice of suppliers particularly important.In this paper,we use AHP-GRAP method to select the best supplier for the company.Finally,the empirical analysis shows that there are many advantages by using this method：It has clear lines of thought;method is simple and it can be applies to a wide,systematic and strong features.And it is ease to spread and make promotion.Whats more important,AHP methods can provide a useful reference for vendor selection.
