我国发展低碳经济的对策研究

China's Development of a Low Carbon Economy Strategy

低碳经济是人类社会继农业文明、工业文明之后的又一次重大进步。"低碳经济"提出的大背景,是全球气候变暖对人类生存和发展的严峻挑战。摈弃20世纪的传统增长模式,直接应用新世纪的创新技术与创新机制,通过低碳经济模式与低碳生活方式,实现社会可持续发展。文中分析了我国发展低碳经济面临的挑战,并提出了相应策略。

The low-carbon economy is the human society after the agricultural civilization,industry civilization another tremendous progress. ＂The low-carbon economy＂ proposed the big background,is the global climate warming to the human survival and the development serious challenge.Abandon the traditional growth pattern of the 20th century,applied the new century directly the innovation technology and the innovation mechanism,through the low-carbon economic type and the low carbon life style,realized the social sustainable development.This paper analyzes the challenges facing the development of low carbon economy,and proposed the corresponding strategy.
