企业管理概论课程实践教学方法探索

Practice Teaching Methods of "Enterprise Management" Course

专业基础课是培养应用型人才综合能力的"基石",在专业基础课的教学中培养学生的实践应用能力是许多任课教师创新教学方法的出发点。文中以独立学院经济管理类专业《企业管理概论》课程教学为例,结合独立学院人才培养的特点,提出了在《企业管理概论》课程中采用行业调查的实践教学方法,探索理论教学与企业运营实际相结合的途径,详细阐述了理论性、实践性、应用性三方面有机结合的实践教学方法。

Basic course is the ＂cornerstone＂ in building comprehensive capability for Applied Talents.In the teaching of Basic courses,practical application ability of students as the starting points for innovative teaching.In this paper,the author take the course of the Independent Institute of Economic Management ＂Enterprise Management Practice＂ for example,combined the characteristics of training talent of Independent Institute,proposed the practice Industry survey teaching methods during the ＂Enterprise Management＂ course,and explored the way that combine the theory of explore teaching and the reality of business operations,Elaborated the combination of Theory,practice,application for teaching methods.
