摘要
在超精密车削球面和非球面零件过程中,对刀的精度是影响加工件面形精度的最主要因素之一。介绍一种试切小直径球面对刀件的方法,可实现圆弧刃金刚石刀具的精确对刀,并加工完成直径75 mm、顶部球径为250 mm的凸球面纯铝工件,其面形精度优于0.2μm。
Tool alignment error is one of the uppermost factors affecting shape accuracy in the process of ultra-precise turning spherical and aspherical parts.A method of trial cutting small diametral part with spherical shape on top was introduced and it was used in rounded diamond cutting tool aligning.The experimental result shows that a repeatable surface shape error is less than 0.2 μm in turning Aluminum part with 75 mm diameter and 250 mm convex spherical radius by using the tool alignment method.
