摘要
针对西气东输工程中对输气管(螺旋焊接钢管)管端的对接焊缝余高有严格的要求,而传统焊缝打磨技术存在很多问题的情况,在分析国家标准及工程项目对管端的对接焊缝余高要求的基础上,设计了一种新型强力螺旋焊管管端焊缝余高砂带抛磨机,实现钢管螺旋焊缝余高的大余量去除,不伤及管材本体,磨削精度满足国标GB/T9711.1-1997及工程要求(钢管管端焊缝余高可以控制在0.4 mm以下),打磨效率高,操作安全,自动化程度高。
The request for the jet butt welding seam surplus of the air conduit(screw welded steel pipe)is strict in the transport project of the natural gas from the west to the east,but traditional welded joint polish technology existences many questions.By analyzing the request of national standard and engineering project to jet butt welding seam surplus,one kind of new heavy spiral welded pipe jet welded joint surplus belt grinding machine was designed to realize big remainder elimination of the steel pipe spiral welded joint surplus.The tubing main body was not injuried.The grinding precision satisfies the request of GB/T9711.1-1997 and the project,namely steel pipe jet welded joint surplus can be controlled below 0.4 mm.The polish efficiency is high,the operation is safe,the level of automatization is high.It has enormous promotion use value.
