推进系统是盾构掘进机的一个关键部分,承担着整个盾构机械掘进的关键性任务,其工作特性直接关系到盾构工程施工的正确性、可靠性和安全性。参考单护盾推进液压系统原理图,并根据双护盾推进液压系统特点,设计了双护盾推进液压系统,并分析和研究了其工作原理及其特点。

Thrust system is a key part of shield tunneling machine,which carries the key tasks of shield tunneling.The working characteristics directly relate to the correctness,reliability and security of the engineering construction.The double shields thrust hydraulic system was designed based on single shield thrust hydraulic system and the characteristics of double shield thrust hydraulic system.The working principle and feature of double shields thrust hydraulic system were analyzed.
