摘要
对CPC电液伺服控制系统进行设计选型,分别建立伺服放大器、伺服阀、阀控非对称缸以及电液伺服控制系统的数学模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果证明所设计的控制系统数学模型是正确可行的。文中研究工作对实现该控制系统的国产化、降低钢铁企业在实际生产中的备件和维护成本,具有重要意义。
The design and type election of electric-hydraulic servo control system were introduced.The mathematic models were established for servo amplifier,servo valve,valve-control dissymmetrical cylinder and electric-hydraulic servo control system.The simulation was made to analyze the dynamic performance of the control system.The result proves the designed models are feasible.The study work is significant to make the control system produce in local,to decrease the cost of spare parts and maintenance.
