摘要
以中海油298无动力船锚泊系统作业及紧急撤离过程为例,应用风险分析理论和风险值的计算方法,对该过程进行系统风险评估。内容包括识别无动力船舶锚泊系统作业及紧急撤离的风险源,建立事故树并进行定性风险分析,并结合专家意见进行初步的定量风险分析。提出一套符合无动力船舶锚泊系统作业及紧急撤离实际需要的风险分析、风险辨识、风险评估及风险管理体系。
Taking the No. 298 un-powered ship as an example, the mooring system and emergency evacuation working process was analyzed by risk anaIysis theory. The risk source was identified and the accident tree was built. Combined with the experts' opinion and experience, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk of the process was accomplished. A system for risk analysis, assessment and management of the mooring system and emergency evacuation work of the un-powered ships' practical requirement had been put forward.
