摘要
针对大型起重船在波浪环境下吊钩产生的危险摆振,尝试采用主动调谐质量阻尼器(AMD)系统对其进行控制。根据吊钩摆振特点及结构减振原理,采用线性二次型主动控制算法,建立了吊钩摆振控制系统数学模型,并通过数值仿真分析研究摆振的控制效果,验证了利用AMD系统控制吊钩摆振的可行性。
Since oscillations of lifting hook induced by the roll of ship in waves are dangerous, the active tuned mass damper (AMD) system was tried to suppress these oscillations in large floating crane. Based on the properties of shiproll-induced oscillations and the theory of structure vibration control, the mathematical model of oscillation control system was erected,and linear quadratic regulator was used as the active control algorithm. At last, numerical simulation was performed to analyze the feasibility of such control system. The result showed that AMD system is effective to suppress oscillations of lifting hook.
