基于灰色关联分析的柴油机故障诊断研究

Study on Fault Diagnosis of Ship Propulsion Systems Based on Gray Correlation Analysis

针对多缸柴油机的多种常见故障,使用灰色关联分析的方法,分析和判断各个待检工作状态与基准工作状态的关联程度,根据关联度的结果对各个气缸的性能进行评估和诊断,得出故障的最后诊断结果。仿真实验证明,该方法可行,结果令人满意。

For kinds of multi cylinder diesel engine fault, the gray correlation degree method was used to analyze and judge the associated degree between the detecting job status and the baseline job status. The performance of each air cylinder was evaluated and diagnosed by the result of gray correlation to obtain the fault diagnosis results. The simulation experiment results showed that the method is feasible and the results are satisfied.
