摘要 为分析某柴油机振动特性,测量其振动加速度信号。计算柴油机的振动烈度,额定转速时,振动烈度随负荷增加而增加。负荷固定,振动烈度随转速的变化不是单调的。对振动速度信号进行频谱分析发现,速度幅值谱具有明显的线谱特征,最大幅值对应的频率为柴油机曲轴转动频率的1.5倍,即单缸发火频率的3倍。减小该频率的激励将是减小振动烈度的主要途径。 Vibration acceleration of a V6 diesel engine was measured and integrated to the vibration velocity. Vibration severity of the engine was calculated based on it. At rated rotational speed, vibration severity increases with engine load increase. If load keeps constant, vibration severity changes irregularly with speed increase. FFT is applied to analyze vibration velocity. Amplitude spectra of vibration velocity are line spectra. The frequency correspond to max amplitude of spectra is 1.5 to frequency of rotational speed of the engine and is 3 to working frequency of one cylinder of the engine. It would be an effective method to reduce excitation of corresponding frequency for reducing vibration severity.
