内河运输危险化学品船舶应急处置信息系统开发

Development of Emergency Response Information System of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Inland River

为有效提高船舶营运者对危险品处置的应急能力,在分析现有国内外相关系统的基础上,结合我国内河化学品运输实际,设计一种具有较强针对性和可操作性的内河运输危险化学品船舶应急处置信息系统,其功能模块包括查询、知识库、信息服务、危险评估等。

Based on the analysis of some similar emergency response information system （ERIS） abroad and the practice of domestic chemicals transportation, a directive and operable ERIS for ships carrying dangerous chemicals in inland river is studied and designed, which has a few of functional modules like inquiry, knowledge base, information service, risk assessment, and so on. The usage of this ERIS can effectively improve the shipping operators＇ response capability to dangerous chemicals emergency.
