New Design Method for LLC Voltage-Multiplying Resonant Converter Parameters

摘要 提出了一种新的LLC倍压谐振变换器参数设计方法。首先,基于基波分析法分析了该拓扑的增益特性,然后推导出了LLC倍压谐振变换器主回路谐振电流峰值的表达式,给出了LLC倍压谐振变换器的ZVS导通条件,建立了变换器优化设计模型。最后,利用MATLAB优化方法对LLC电路进行了优化设计并对设计结果进行了实验验证。 A new design method for LLC voltage resonant converter parameters is proposed in this paper.Firstly,output voltage character of the circuit is analyzed on the basis of the fundamental harmonics method.Then,the maximum value equation of resonant current is deduced and zero voltage switching(ZVS)restriction of this converter is presented.Finally,the optimal design model is established.Simulation results verify this design method using optimal method of MATLAB.
