摘要
设计了一套完整的基于瞬态模型法和声波泄漏检测法的高压输气管线泄漏试验装置。首先通过大量模拟计算,确定了试验装置的各种参数,并对各种仪表进行了选型;分析了声波在管道中的传播规律以及衰减特性,选取了合适的声波传感器,并对试验模型与实际输气管线进行了相似性分析;验证了模型试验的可推广性,然后分析了虚拟仪器的组成,设计了基于虚拟仪器的输气管道泄漏检测数据采集系统。
Based on transient model method and acoustic leak detection method,a complete set of high-pressure gas pipeline leak experimental device is designed.Through extensive simulation calculations,various parame-ters of the experimental device have been identified,and the meter models have been determined.Simultane-ously,the propagation and attenuation characteristics of acoustic waves in the pipeline are analyzed and the ap-propriate acoustic sensors are selected.Through the similarity analysis of the experiment model and the actual gas transmission pipeline,it is verified that the model could be applied.Then,the composition of the virtual instruments is analyzed and the data acquisition system based on the virtual instruments for gas transmission pipeline leak detection is designed.
