摘要
类比干涉原理,利用菲涅尔圆孔(屏)衍射公式来计算"光滑"小球体的表面光洁度,并简要分析其局限。通过理论推导和实验分析,得出用菲涅尔圆孔(屏)衍射研究球体的光洁度是可行的方法。
Analogyed interference principle.Used the formula of fresnel circular aperture (disk) diffraction to calculate the surface-finish of a small sphere whose surface was "smooth" , then analysed the limitations of it in briefly.Through analysis of theoretical and experimental gained that it was feasible to use fresnel circular aperture (disk) diffraction to calculate the surface-finish.
